I’m Abby Suckling, your experienced and dedicated mortgage broker based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland.
 

With over 13 years of experience in the finance industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help you navigate the complexities of the mortgage market. I have the capability and capacity to assist clients from all backgrounds, however what sets me apart from other brokers is my deep understanding and personal experience with the immigration and visa journey, as I have walked in the shoes of many visa holders seeking to purchase property in Australia.
 

I moved from the UK in 2018 where I was a mortgage advisor, and knew I wanted to continue my career in the finance industry when I moved to Australia. While working as an assistant to a mortgage broker, my partner and I purchased a house on a temporary visa in 2019, and I found that there was very little knowledge and guidance on this process, so I made it my goal to change this. I started my own mortgage and finance broking business with a focus to educate and guide visa holders through the process of buying property in Australia.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, cooking, and exploring Australia and beyond. I am so fortunate to call Australia home, and I like to make the most of every moment of living here, soaking in the relaxed lifestyle and immersing myself in the Australian culture.
